48HourPrint.com guarantees that we will ship your print order within 48 hours of the time you approve your proof or your order is free (see exceptions below).
- This policy does not include Double Gate Fold Brochures, Notepads, UV coated Pocket Folders, A2 Envelopes, A6 Envelopes, A7 Envelopes, 9x12 Envelopes, 10x13 Envelopes, custom orders, large quantities exceeding two hours press time and orders requiring additional bindery such as folding, scoring, hole-punching, printing of 5th and 6th pms colors, die-cutting, numbering, and rounded corners, or mailing services and/or ink jetting.
- Large quantities exceeding two hours of press time is defined as orders of 10,000 or more in quantity, except for Pocket Folders; CD Wallets; and Booklets/Catalogs, which are orders greater than 2,000 in quantity.
- This policy excludes tax as well as shipping costs and UPS shipping times and pick up schedules.
- 48 hours refers to 2 business days and does not include weekends or holidays.
- This policy is dependent upon receiving an approved proof by 5:00pm EST for the order to go to print that evening and ship within 48 hours. All proof approvals received after 5:00pm EST go to print on the next business day and will be shipped within 48 hours of this date.
Example #1 Proofs approved by 5pm on a Tuesday will go to print that evening and will ship on that Thursday.
Example #2 Proofs approved after 5pm on a Tuesday will go to print on Wednesday and will ship on that Friday.
